Does LYS do same-day shipping?

Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, until 3:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. LYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore LYS will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1-to-5 business days, and 2-to-4 weeks for International delivery. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number. Please read product description for preorder items (usually takes 5 business days.)

Can I get a refund on an item I purchased?

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. LYS will gladly exchange or issue a store credit within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any issue with and item(s) you must contact us BY PHONE within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

LYS has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. LYS is not able to accept exchanges on sale items, swimwear/bodysuits or accessories. A request for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package. If request is made after 48 hours the request will NOT be honored.

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After LYS has received your package we will contact you immediately to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you.
